In the eventuality that your next travel destination requires an official COVID-19 test result you can schedule an appointment and visit our Brussels Airport COVID-19 Test Center.
The test center is located at the Departures level, just outside the airport building and is open daily from 03:30 in the morning until midnight. Remember to bring your official ID and QR code which you would have received during the registration process. You will need these items during your visit for verification.

Here you can find frequently asked questions and answers on various topics relating to the COVID-19 test.
How and when do I receive my test results?
Your COVID-19 test result will be sent to you electronically by e-mail. If you do not see the email in your Inbox please also check your Spam folder. Therefore, it is very important that the e-mail you provide is correct, as any error will lead to delays or non-receipt of results.
And, for Belgian residents with National Registration Number ONLY, test results are made available in the CovidSafeBE application (they will receive certificates with QR Codes on them).
Note:
- Only PCR tests are visible, not antigen
- Provide the correct national registration number during your online registration, as without, the results will not be made visible in the CovidSafe app
- The process in uploading these results can take up to 2.5h; If you have to check-in before the result is uploaded in the app, you can use the pdf document that has been sent to you via email instead
PCR test
Results of the standard test will be available within 24 hours after the sample has been taken (in> 99% of all cases).
The results of the rapid test will be available according the following table:

Antigen test
The test result is available in 50 minutes.
Notice:
Please note that the deadlines specified for the notification of the test results are empirical values and meant only for your orientation. Particularly in the event of capacity shortages due to the dynamic development around the Corona pandemic, we may not be able to meet the specified deadlines.
Kindly note that in the event of a positive test result, the respective health authorities will be informed in accordance with Belgian legislation.
How much does the COVID-19 test cost?
For departing passengers, the standard PCR test costs €67, the rapid PCR test costs €135 and the antigen test €55.
What should I do if I have COVID-19 symptoms?
Due to Health and Safety concerns, people who display symptoms of COVID-19 such as fever, cough or a sore throat are not allowed to enter the test center. We strongly recommend you to contact your doctor immediately.
What do I have to bring to the test center for the test?
You must bring your official ID card or passport with you along with the appointment QR code for verification.
Where is the COVID-19 Test Center at Brussels Airport actually located?
For departing passengers, the facility is located at departure level just outside the terminal.
For arriving passengers, the facility is located on the bus station level.
What are the opening hours of the COVID-19 Test Center at Brussels Airport?

How can I book/change/cancel a time slot?
You can simply schedule your visit by clicking “make an appointment” section on our website and fill the required information. You will be guided through the registration process and can select an appointment at your convenience. After the registration you will receive an e-mail, confirming your appointment. If you want to cancel or change your appointment, please click on the hyperlink in the e-mail and follow the instructions.
How do I unlock my results?
Your COVID-19 test result will be sent to you electronically by e-mail. In addition, you will receive a code via email to open your test result. This has been done to ensure data privacy and security.
I am still waiting for my test result. What now?
Due to the limited capacity of our labs and high number of patients, you may face a little delay on receiving results. In case your results had an unusual delay than informed you can contact brussels@ecocare.center or call +32 (0) 78 48 58 26. Our customer care center representatives will check and inform about the status of your test.
What do I do if I haven’t received an appointment QR-code to get tested?
Please make your test payment receipt ready by your side and contact brussels@ecocare.center or call +32 (0) 78 48 58 26. Our customer care center representatives will review your information and resend your QR-Code to your email.
What should I do if I haven’t received a password?
In case you received your test result by email but not your password, please contact brussels@ecocare.center or call +32 2 588 23 60. Our customer care center representatives will review your information and resend your password code by email.
What are the current waiting times at the center?
The waiting times varies from day to day but you can expect to go through all the processes within 30 min at the test center.
Can I get tested if I travel by car or with departure from another Airport?
Yes, you can get tested but we recommend to make your appointment prior to avoid waiting time at the test center.
Can I get my test results printed?
Currently we only provide the results electronically in PDF format.
Can I get tested upon arrival at Brussels Airport?
Yes, you can be tested once you arrive at Brussels Airport however we recommend to make your appointment prior to avoid waiting time at the Test Center.
Do you live in Belgium and did you stay longer than 48 hours in a red zone?
Then you must have a PCR-test taken on day 1 and day 7 after your arrival in Belgium. You can get tested at the COVD-19 Test Centre at Brussels Airport on presentation of your activation code, received from the government after having completed in the Passenger Locator Form.
Can I pay online?
Yes, it is possible to pay online while scheduling your appointment.
Can I pay on location?
Yes, it is possible to pay the test fees at the Test Center.
Where can I park my car?
If you wish to get tested for COVID-19 at one of our testing centres, please park your car in public car park P2. The car park is within walking distance of the test centres.
